Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker

Me and my Dad went to Toy"s r us and there was a problem with my Darth Vader, when in the Movie did Darth Vader have  Blasters not at all , in the package there was no Light Saber but a blaster maybe some kind of packaging error possible?

He will call the distributor on Monday and see what the problem is .
